You can let us know prefred time window when you are submitting request for quote, and we will confirm the appoinment when order has been completed. You will also receive reminder from us on the day of appoinment.
We are always working to improve the process that is conveneit to our customer. Soon you will be able to see picture and rating of our Mechanic, so you can choose prefered mechanic. Currently you will receive information on name of mechanic, but do not worry, all of our mechanics are qualified, and have years of experience.
We understand life happens, therefore we like to keep things rather easy. You can always change appointment with in 8 hours of scheduled appointment. As long as we receive 8 hours notification to cancel an appointment, there will not be any charge. Any cancellation request outside of that window will be subject to $30 cancellation fee.
